These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application "Wallora AI" (“App”), operated by Don't be Lazy Inc (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App allows users to browse wallpapers and generate images using AI-powered features. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Subscription details:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-generated images based on user input. We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Don't be Lazy Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
